Our story

K-Soii Thai Curry Noodles

The name K-Soii is directly inspired by the dish Khao-Soii, an iconic dish from northern Thailand.

Khao-Soii is a living heritage, originating from the caravan routes between China and northern Thailand, born from the passage of Chinese Muslim merchants in the 19th century. It found its home in Chiang Mai, where it was reinvented with local spices.

This noodle curry has become the popular soul of Chiang Mai and northern Thailand (Lanna). Sweet, spicy, crispy and rich in history... a journey in one bite. We want to celebrate the soul of northern Thailand through its most iconic dish.

This dish consists of egg noodles served in a creamy coconut milk and curry paste broth, topped with tender meat (often chicken or beef) and crispy noodles. It is accompanied by traditional condiments: lime, red onions and vegetable pickles.

A comforting, fragrant, slightly spicy dish... and unforgettable!
